In April 2006, our team of innovative developers found a largely abandoned factory in a prime location of Newark. Believing that the site held great potential for bringing people back to the city, we embarked on a 3 year adventure to convert 23,000 sq ft space into 15 lofts for residences and offices. We incorporated green construction elements and relocated to the first floor a multicultural art gallery that had lost its home. We located close to the best transit in the state to promote use of mass transit. It has been a long and often winding road, but we've succeeded in building beautiful spaces and generating positive buzz.
